1. What if I'm not flexible?
This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to a yoga class.  Yoga is not about how flexible you are; it is about stretching your body and spine.  The more inflexible you are, the more you need yoga.  You become flexible by practicing yoga

2. How do I get started?
Come 10-15 minutes early for your first class so you will have time to sign up. Bring a bath-sized towel and a small towel and be prepared to sweat.  Women should wear leggings, workout wear or t-shirt and shorts.  Men wear loose fitting shorts or bathing suits. Bring water and a yoga sticky mat.  We sell water and towels and rent mats.

3. Why is the room heated?
The room is intentionally hot.  It is heated to warm your muscles, prevent injuries and allow for a deeper release in your body.  Sweating will also help flush toxins and poisons from your body.

4. What is I have never done yoga before?

The Hot Yoga class is recommended for everyone, from first day beginners to advanced students.  The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability and there is an exact position for everyone at every level, which we will help you find.
